Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eugen Music for illegal activity, spamming, scam links, harassment, or to disrupt other bots or the voice connection of a server. We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server that abuses commands or the music queue without prior notice.
TOS · 02
Commands & Prefix
Eugen Music responds to slash commands and to the prefix e. (for example e.play, e.skip, e.queue). Command names, aliases, and behavior may change as the bot is updated. Custom voice-channel status templates set via status are stored per server only to keep that feature working.

Service Availability
Eugen Music is provided "as is." We aim for 24/7 uptime but are not liable for downtime, playback interruptions, or queue loss caused by Discord API changes, Lavalink node issues, or maintenance.
What Eugen Music collects, and what it never touches.

Data We Collect
- Public identifiers: Discord user ID, username, and server (guild) ID — needed to run commands and route responses.
- Message content (transient): when a message starts with the
e. prefix or mentions the bot, we read just enough of that message to detect the command name and its arguments (for example the song title after e.play). This happens in memory and is discarded immediately after the command runs — it is never logged or saved.
- Usage stats: aggregated, non-personal numbers such as commands executed, servers connected, and uptime — used only to monitor bot health.
We never read regular conversation. Eugen Music only looks at a message when it starts with the bot's prefix or an @mention. Everything else in your server's chat is not processed by the bot in any way.

How We Use Data
Data is used strictly to provide and maintain music playback, keep the queue and volume settings working per server, and debug issues when something breaks. We do not sell data to third parties, and message content is never used to train machine learning or AI models.
PRIV · 03
Retention & Deletion
Song queues and playback state exist only while the bot is active in a voice channel and are cleared when it disconnects. Per-server settings (like a custom status template) are kept until you remove the bot or request deletion. You can request removal of any stored server data by contacting the Eugen administrator.
